On the occasion of the book presentation, “Lab – Life of Artists in Berlin: An Art Guide,” curator Valentina Galossi is pleased to showcase the representative work of four Berlin artists in her hometown for the first time. Site-specific works by Gregor Hildebrandt, Caroline Kryzecki, Anja Schwörer, and Anna Talens have been designed for Una Vetrina. The exhibition pays tribute to the eternal city and refers to the narrativity of space as a peculiar concept in contemporary art. Each of the artists has chosen a different material for their work: a Japanese comb made of wire and wood, an abstract painting on fabric, a silkscreen on paper for a floor piece, and a THS cassette box. The installation creates a strong visual impact on the viewer, aiming to capture their soul as they walk through the streets of Rome.
